No. You do not need to have an account with us to place an order.
Yes. The first time that you place an order with OilsandStuff you will be asked to register by providing your e-mail address and a unique password. Once created, you will be able to check on your current order status, view order history, track orders and download copies of invoices through the ‘My orders’ section of the site.
If you forget your password, simply request a new password through the login section of the site. You will be asked to insert your username / e-mail address, then click on ‘E-mail new password’’ and this will be sent to you.
We currently accept the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Switch/UK Maestro. Our secure payment page is powered by Realex. All amounts will be charged in Sterling (GBP). We do not charge any transaction fees.
Yes. We use Realex to process all online payments securely. Realex is fully PCI compliant to the highest level of PCI.
All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.
Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
Once you enter your card details via Realex, and the transaction gets approved by the card issuer, your card will be debited for the total in your Basket including delivery charges and any applicable VAT.
A copy of your invoice will accompany your delivered order. Copies can be downloaded through the ‘My orders’ section of the website if required.
Please note there is no further action required on receipt of the invoice as payment is taken prior to the goods being sent to you.
You can redeem a promotion or discount by entering your coupon discount code in the supplied field at checkout and then click the ‘Apply to order’ button. Only one promotion/coupon code can be used per order.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email please give us a call on 0800 7832 598. Please note that your order is not finalised until your credit/debit card has been debited and goods are dispatched.
Please note that in the interest of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, OilsandStuff.com will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.oilsandstuff.com website you consent to such checks being made.
Unfortunately, once you have received your confirmation email, we are unable to change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address).
Please take the time to check all your order and delivery details prior to completing the checkout process.
Your order can be cancelled up until the point of dispatch. If you need to cancel an order please contact us 0800 7832 598 or at enquiries@oilsandstuff.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 30 days of purchase if the items are faulty, incorrect or if we privided you with incorrect information.

Standard Delivery UK
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery, especially during busy periods. We’ll email you to let you know how the delivery is going, or you can check the status of your order in the ‘My Orders’ section of our website.
Delivery to Northern Ireland
Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods and will be delivered by a local courier.
Delivery to Eire
Deliveries usually take up to 6 working days, but may take up to 10 working days during busy periods and will be delivered by a local courier.
Please note: On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. The timeframes above are for guide only - deliveries might take a little longer during busy periods. If your order has not arrived in the time specified, please call our team on 0800 7832 598.
When we dispatch your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you have not received this email within 5 working days of your order being placed, please give us a call on 0800 7832 598.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email which contains a link to track your order (UK only).
UK: Your items are dispatched between the hours of 0700-2100 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, our carrier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left at your address giving you the location of your goods.
We can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. If you wish to take advantage of this service please add the appropriate details during the checkout process.
Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
Sometimes we are unable to ship everything at the same time.
Please check your dispatch email and delivery note to check the items included in your delivery. If the delivery note says there should be an item in your parcel but it isn’t included, please contact our sales team on 0800 7832 598.
If an item is missing we will launch a missing parcel investigation, which can take up to 5 working days to complete. We will refund/exchange goods when appropriate.
If your order is not as you hoped it would be, please call us on 0800 7832 598 where one of our advisors will be happy to assist you.
Our aim is to get it right first time and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and with the level of service you receive from OilsandStuff, however in the event of you needing to make a return, please take a look at our Returns & Cancellations policy.
Returns can take up to 10 working days to be credited in your account. Once we have processed your returns/exchanges, we will send you a refund confirmation email advising the action that we have taken.
If we are unable to provide you with an exchange, we will automatically refund you and send you an email to notify you of this. If you have not received this email after 10 working days, please call our team on 0800 7832 598.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
