Shell Helix Ultra AS 0w-30

Shell Helix Ultra AS 0w-30 is Shell’s latest generation fully synthetic engine oil designed to meet the needs of all General Motors petrol engines and all Saab turbo-charge petrol engines.

It has been formulated with Shell’s ultimate active cleansing technology which prevents dirt particles sticking together to form sludge. It provides the best engine protection by preventing soot deposits from building up on your engine’s surfaces.

• Turbo charger protection which is specially formulated to prevent turbo charger deposits for a longer life performance.
• Up to 37% greater oxidation stability than other fully synthetic leading brands tested due to the anti-oxidants in the oil. These intercept and neutralise free radical particles that would otherwise oxidise the oil. Oxidation can lead to unwanted oil thickening which reduces engine efficiency, the formation of black sludge that can black oil ducts and the formation of acids that can corrode metals in the engine.
• A high shear stability, which means that the oil maintains its viscosity even in the high temperature, stressful environment of a modern engine, maintaining engine protection.
